My family and I have been going to this particular theater for 10 years now. I in particular always felt like this theater was a "diamond in the ruff" because it's smaller and not as busy as theaters that connected to malls like the AMC located at Northlake Mall. I am so upset over this new "lounge seating." My family and I arrived 20mins early for a showing of Hotel Transylvania 2 in expectations of getting good seats. Upon entering the theater I was very upset to see the large, awkward seating. This larger seating means the theater seats less people and so we had to ask another family to move over so we could sit together. I found the seating which has buttons to electronically adjust the seating to be a nuisance as myself and other parents there had to repeatedly ask my children to stop playing with them. I found them dangerous if a young child gets their fingers stuck if playing with the chair in a dark theater. This was an all around idiotic move and I will NEVER come back to this theater again. I would rather have to deal with larger number of people and get a decent seat while not having to worry over children playing with the seats.
