La Quinta Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport

The stay wasn't the best

I was booked in a smoking room and was not informed it was a smoking room. I arrived at the hotel and the room smelled very bad and there was no other available room.

Waited more than an hour at the airport for the shuttle, the room I got was not clean.

My business partners truck was broken into and vandalized. The security not the staff notified him. Only handed him a note stating that it had happened. No police call until my partner called. The staff was neither apologetic, remorseful or took at responsibility for it happening or how they handled it.
