iIt was really dirty! the hotel bathroom had hairs on the walls and all over the bathroom. nothing was clean and there was a bug I the wall!!!!

I must say this was the dirtiest hotel room I have stayed in. I am providing the room number so hopefully you can get it corrected. Room 307. Started with a dirty bath towel still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There are finger nail clippers in the bottom of the toilet that look like they have been sitting down there for a long time. How do I know, they are rusting out the bottom of the toilet. The bathroom and the vanity are was not swept and the dust /dirt is poked up on the door to the restroom. The floor in the room looked as though it had not been vacuumed. On a better note the employee that was taking care of the breakfast, I believe his name was Larry, is a wonderful asset to your company. He was very friendly and kept the area clean.
