The front desk help is awful. Phones ring for 3-4 cycles before anyone answers.

Lobby was very nice...and then we walked back to the conference rooms. Roofs were leaking and falling in. Yuck!

We were supposed to have been in an executive level room but were very disappointed with the quality of the room.

This is the second time I've stayed at a Crown Plaza and they were both in need of major upgrades. My recent stay was literally stinky, there was a horrible smell from the front door to our floor (8th floor). The mattress had a dip in the middle, the bath tub had these little tiny bugs crawling in it, and the thermostat had this annoying bright light and dimmer button did not work, we had to use a black napkin instead. We plan not to return!
