my only complaint is that my room was booked and paid for through Delta Sky miles website and we paid for 2 nights using miles and paid the rest on our credit card. When I arrived I handed the check in person my Hilton Honors card and she politely told me that she could not attach my rewards card to the stay because it was booked using a 3rd party website. How ridiculous that sounded. I have always attempted to book directly on Hilton websites however it was necessary to book outside in order to redeem skymiles. I was not happy about that. I still enjoyed my stay but question now whether the loyalty is worth the extra trouble I go through to stay with Hilton.

Breakfast overpriced n location of hotel made it very noisy

The desk clerk was disengaged. No one was even at the desk when we arrived so we had to call back into the back to check in. The ventilation system buzzed all night long. We called the desk as soon as we got in the room , knowing the buzzing would disrupt our sleep, and they said no one was there to fix it and there were no other rooms available. The staff running the breakfast room was very uninspired by his job. Not friendly either. The coffee was horrible and food items scarce. Not great seating arrangement. We had to hold our plates to eat.
