I recommend this hotel to my friends who visit San Antonio all the time

Hotel is big and nicely decorated. Loved my patio. Didn't love the dog next door that barked a lot. Strange that they didn't have a gift shop.

Nice. Far from downtown, but close to seaworld. Good nightly price, but nickel and dime extras.

Staff was pleasant and attentive to our needs. I would have liked to see staff presence/ or directive re: smoking at/ around the children's pool. I asked a fellow guest to please not smoke around the children/ in the children's area and she moved away from us, but not out of the children's pool fence. This behavior is not acceptable and there should at least be a sign telling guests that this is not a smoking area. Price paid for menu items did not match the quality/ amount of food received. I definitely would not frequent the bar restaurant again for food.

The shuttle was late and we waited in the hot sun forever with an infant. Since this service was an additional charge I feel they should have stuck to the schedule provided better

We stay here for a week each year. I really like that the hotel now allows online check in and room selection. This is a huge improvement. So far, we've had a nice stay. The shuttle from Sea World was 15 minutes late and then after the bus was almost full and left Sea World, the driver turned around and went back to wait for more people who never came, meaning we had to wait longer to get back to the hotel. Seems that it's time for a thorough cleaning of the guest rooms and bathrooms. Baseboards and door hinges are very dusty. Cleaning services should be told the number of people staying in each room so the correct number of towels are left.

Hotel room was great but the buffet breakfast wasn't good at all and extremely overpriced . Wouldn't eat in restaurant again
