Bathrooms are very, very small! Also, no hair dryer in the bathroom.

Disappointments came the morning of checkout The waiter at breakfast was rushed and unfriendly and the valet forgot to call for our car after waiting went to the window to find out she hadn't called for it

Having to wait 30 minutes for an elevator is RIDICULOUS! Just to go to a different floor to get ice was a 20 minute ordeal & I ended up taking the stairs. If there are not enough elevators to handle peak usage, obviously more elevators are needed. Also, the room was not very clean. However, Ryan at the check in desk was wonderful! He was extremely kind and helpful.
