Hilton San Diego Bayfront

Room was uncomfortably warm (79 degrees F) when we checked in. Was only able to turn the thermostat to 68F. Temperatures outside were in the mid-to-high 80's. Rooms are very small with no fridge and very expensive for so few amenities.

Hotel very nice, love the location. Only complaint relates to restaurant. Had lunch during conference at sports grill and had an unpleasant experience. They were totally unprepared for volume of guests due to conference. People were walking out before their lunch was delivered. We waited and ate lunch but ended up being 30 minutes late for meeting. There appeared to be lots of inefficiencies in the service. Food okay but stressful because of the wait.

The room was very clean and nice. Also, the pool was great for our kids. I wish there was a more inexpensive option for food though. We are already paying a lot to stay and then to have to pay high prices for food is just too much.

Great service

Clean rooms, great food and friendly professional staff. My car was hit in the parking lot. No video to catch suspect but Hilton did reimburse my parking fees without me having to ask.

Good location. Would be better with a shuttle

We ran out of toilet paper and tissues. Housekeeping was friendly but not on top of things.

The staff was super friendly

It's been clean and quiet. Like the location.
