noticed the floor looked dirty inside by work area

friendly and fast service. only downfall was a sloppily made sandwich. however it did taste good

We went to the drive up window and we were to to wait. So we did after over 5 Minutes of waiting we drove up to the window to pay and get the food to ask what was going on. They helped the people behind up right away. So in other words they for got about us. We decided to go in. (Even though I picked that location to not have to go in) and we ask to talk to the manager. He seemed to not have not cared what's so ever. His only concerned was if he asked us to wait. We are beyond mad at this point but we had places to be so we just got a sub there. I ordered me sub asking for extra cheese I do not get that and he but the sun in the oven before I could even say any thing then he walked away for Someone else to finish my sub. I worked at subway for a year and that kind of behavior would not slide especially from the manager.
