We were disappointed for several reasons. As a whole we have received better service at lower reward value (this Hilton is a category 8) like the Hotel Roanoke. The owners of this Hilton do not bring the value and service that other Hilton hotels have. Our first night they forgot to give us breakfast coupons although we are Diamond members. Our second night we had to call down for a remote (which we eventually found under the bed). When we got up to eat breakfast they had turned our key cards off so we had to go down to the front desk twice because the first time they didn't key the cards right. Also, we valeted our car and they didn't give us the ticket. In addition, our complimentary internet didn't work the second night so we had to use our phones wireless hotspot (here on business travel and as it was the morning of our departure and due to the problems with our stay we didn't report the problem as we were on a time crunch for our business reports. Overall, if we hadn't had a previous positive experience we wouldn't come back.
