Great staff, but it took a while to get the car

When I arrived the car I had reserved was not available. I was offered numerous models, but they were either needed an oil change or were not ready. I finally settled for a Kia sportage, and it was brought out, the white car was very dirty inside and outside. I had no other choice since I was heading to San Antonio for vacation, to celebrate a special occasion. Will not rent from this location.
