Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is the beginning of this rental but so far I'm happy with it

the staff was very friendly at this location, HOWEVER, it did take me over an hour to get in and out, most of the time was spent waiting on a car. I didn't mind waiting, but if they knew how many of each car they needed ahead of time based on reservations, then why is it that they couldn't have the cars ready? and I know it is not the two employees who are at fault, it's a company problem. At the airport, these problems rarely arise and most customers leave happy. This has happened to me EVERY TIME I rent from a home city branch.
