Attended a wedding, ceremony was beautiful, good was average.

The service was highly inconsistent - one day the breakfast buffet server was awesome and the next day it was horrible. The rooms also took too long to be made up - sometimes as late as 3pm! And sometimes the room was made up nicely and other times just the bed was remade. We also spent a considerable amount to stay here and were not informed that some amenities would not be available. It was also annoying to have to share the pool and hot tub with 20 or so teenage boys due to a basketball tournament for the whole week we were there - they also overtook the lounge area on a few occasions and were loud and rude and unaccompanied by an adult.

It has always been positive in the past but the AC did not work and the beds squeaked. They are not keeping the hotel up to its standards!
