Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs

Our hot water wasn't working at first and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to get it fixed

hotel was ok the water had a bad smell walls were very thin needs a upgrade lobby area was beautiful wish rooms looked the same

It was a pleasant experience. The hotel atmosphere was positive and the staff that I did see was friendly.

Staff was great and food was ebbed better

The staff was great everywhere at this Hilton. It appears many things still need updating though. The door of my room wouldn't open without using "tricks". The iron in my room was broken.

Okay. Somewhat dated

Did not feel like a 4 star hotel. Shower had mold, elevators were broken, and walls are paper thin.
