The visit was fine really. My only complaint is that they had two employees working and both were trying to deal with a complicated and difficult customer ahead of me which took forever to sort out. The girl who waited on me was seemingly frazzled and overwhelmed by what had happened with the previous customer and there was no manager in sight.
