Friendly, wide variety of food

The person taking my order was very soft spoken so I kept having to ask him again. I ordered 2 sandwiches on wheat, but my sandwich ended up on white. We were in a rush and then there were about 10 people in line so I didn't have time to request a new one. I was disappointed in my sandwich in that it was not what I wanted...it was fresh and good quality, but not what I wanted or ordered.

Subway is always great but I was disappointed with communication on this trip. I asked for the subway deluxe on all my subs and was given double meat. I ended up having to pay 3 dollars more for each sub instead of the deluxe dollar price. I ended up spending an extra 12 dollars! After questioning the mistake, they said that I still would have to pay and nothing could be done. I will not be coming back to this establishment. It might be a while before I even eat subway for a while.
