On this occasion I was on my lunch break. The line was moving rather slow. Another customer walked inside and ask her friend "you mean your still in line" with irritation in her voice. The manger immediately call another worker from the back to help speed things up. I was very excited to see that. Nasty as this customer tone was the employees did not wavier from professionalism. Kudos to them all.
