We went to Discount Tire because we have 2 issues with the tires on my elderly & handicapped fathers car. However, upon pulling up to the store in CARPENTERSVILLE, IL, I noticed that out of 3 handicapped parking spots located closest to the front doors - NOT 1 spot was clear of snow and available to park in - NOT ONE!! So I took that as disrespectful to the handicapped people so we LEFT without even going inside! That will forever stay with me that not 1 handicapped parking spot was clear & by that I mean that each were at least 1/2 full of snow & ice! Guess Discount Tire doesn't care to earn the business of people that can't walk easily or can't walk at all!
