Crowne Plaza Hotel

Need major clean and upkeep Bad experience with valet. Not a happy customer.

The parking garage was scary and when I walked into my room the first thing I saw was an old fan on top of the heating/cooling unit and it was filthy and did not work well. Only a few sports channels came through on the TV and the food was not good. Not happy would not stay here again and only stayed here because my company booked us here to stay and for a meeting

The hotel is awful it was the host hotel for our family reunion otherwise I would have checked out and found another place to stay

Room was not ready until late at night. Elevators are extremely slow. All around bad customer service.
