Crowne Plaza Hotel

This is an excellent hotel! My wife & I throughly enjoy the staff, service & emminities!

The area that the hotel is located in sucks.

The swamp cooler in the rooms is not enough to stay comfortable.

Great staff but hotels interior is looking 'tired '

First of all, my wife & I were overcharged for our room through the Crowne Plaza hotel reservation department. $50 overcharged to be exact. Not to mention we were told and shown in our receipt that "Hot breakfast" was included free of charge because of the room type we were given, (Executive). We were told to pay anyway and that somebody told us wrong. Breakfast cost us $10 for both of us. To make things even worse, we had friends who stayed there as well. Our friends were told hit breakfast was $8.00 per person which was a lie, since we were told it was $4.00 per person. Watch out for this shady hotel, as the reservation department, and breakfast staff are over charging to make money on top of regular costs. This trip was not during a holiday or any kind of event that would require any additional charges. The event my wife & I went for was for a prior negotiated room rate of $69.00. We have been going to this hotel for 3-4 years straight. However after this stunt, we will no longer be going there. I highly recommend staying at another hotel in the area, to avoid the surprises the Crowne Plaza is now giving everyone upon arrival of their stay.
