Service was very slow and the sandwich makers didn't know what they were doing. didn't know what went on the sandwiches and then when everything fell out, they didn't replace it until they were asked. my husband ordered a meatball sandwich and 2 meatballs fell out. they were just going to leave it like that until my husband said something. same thing happened with my sandwich, but it was only the veggies so not as big a deal. they also didn't cut the sandwiches, but we'd already been there for 10 minutes ordering so we didn't ask them to do it.
