First subway was closed due to computer glitch then went to different store service was not good and chicken was gross. Threw good away

I arrived at Subway 730 in the evening, they were out of honey oat and whole-wheat bread. when I was making my sandwich I asked for banana peppers, she put what was left in the container on my sandwich, which was only five slices. I then asked if they had any more cookies they were out of cookies as well. when I ordered a drink she had to fill up my cup with ice with the drive-through machine because the one out in the lobby was broken, the ice that she had put in was water down and was not solid ice. I was very upset for the fact that they were out of so many items that I wanted during dinner time. I asked her for a one 800 number to call and she seemed very annoyed and told me that it was on my receipt when I looked at my receipt I did not find any one 800 number. I had to search Google to find the one 800-number. I entered a customer complaint and requested a call back and I have yet to receive a call back from them.
