I wanted to use my free earned points for a free sandwich but I was told I had to order the regular size to use it I ordered the giant size thinking I would get the price of the regular taken off but was not allowed to do that.

Terminal wouldn't work and needed to be rebooted. Waited too long and had to leave cash to pay and leave.
