Waited 15 minutes after being seated and no server came to even take our drink orders. Had to go ask the hostess where our server was. She was polite, but the manager never apologized or anything for having us wait 20 min to get our drink orders in and to get a server! The server who finally came was really nice, but that waiting was ridiculous.. I always come to this ogas and never had that happen

Service was friendly but the service was not quick and not at what I thought it should be.

Shawarma not like other places - gross

Ordered online. When my brother got home I saw my order was wrong. Had to drive all the way back up for correct food even then the tomatoes tasted sour and old. Very disappointed

Food was great! Service was terrible. Ordered our food and I asked for a soup and salad. Waited almost 20 minutes and had to ask for my soup and salad because I did not want it to come out with my sandwich. They brought out my soup and salad after asking a manager because my waitress was nowhere to be found. And then 1 minute later they brought out my sandwich. Ugh

Our smacked basket contained bearly any snackers and the salad was not fresh.

Incredibly slow service. Worst olgas experience

Every time we visit olgas we always have to wait 20 mins for spinach pies. Then when we get them they are either over or under cooked. We will not b visiting olgas any more.

Never have spinach pies ready. Always have to wait to long and they make a lot of mistakes.

We waited 20 minutes before we got served and it wasn't even busy. I had to go up to the hostess and ask where are server was because we haven't got served yet
