Sprite wasn't mixed right and they ran out of Sprite so my son didn't have anything to drink. They also put tomato and lettuce on his sandwich when he asked for it to be not on the sandwich when he ordered.

I usually ask for ketchup in a tub, everyone has graciously complied with my request. good customer service!
