Cold soup

I had an AWFUL experience at Jason's deli. I had to wait close to 30 minutes for my food. Not only that, I had to check up on the food TWICE, the second time to find out that they had packaged my food to-go. I never asked for it to be packaged in a to-go box. My food got cold. Then to top it all off, there was a lady sweeping right under my feet and around my table right when I was trying to eat. It made for a very uncomfortable and negative environment. She chose to sweep when there were the most customers around. She should have waited until there were less people/none.
