Pet friendly, had my room ready early, helpful at the front desk

The front sliding door needs to be repaired. I was there and it wouldn't open until I called he front desk and he opened the sliding doors. The beds needs replacing in room 306 they are way over used. Although they state no smoking I can tell it used to be a smoking facility.

I like the hotel but I thought the hotel was a little gloomy. It needs a make over. I don't like the fact that the frig and microwave is located behind the door where people come in and out. I liked the fact there was two phones which I've never seen before in a hotel

Room wasn't as clean as I expected. Looked like they rushed the job and missed a few things.

Hotel made me uncomfortable
