Food quality was Good but service was very slow and the staff didn't like me telling them so

Hair in my soup, had it replaced but didn't taste right. I went to refill my drink and staff cleared my table. The mixed frozen yogurt chocolate and vanilla was broken and there wasn't any chocolate syrup. I come for the whole experience and was disappointed. Staff was extremely nice and offered to replace food when they cleared.
