Always wonderful food and a clean facility, as well as friendly staff. They were busy so the food took slightly longer but that is expected and even then, they apologized for my wait.

I was not happy with my Philly cheesesteak sandwich, it had hard pieces in it that you could not even chew. Penn Station is one of my favorite places to eat and I was very disappointed with my food. ??
