Conference area was dirty

I reserved a room by the app and then was told to cancel it. I then ordered another room and it was missing the amenities that I wanted- no fridge, iron, bathroom soap or microwave was present. I then had to be moved to another room, which was 323, and the iron and the sheet was missing. I had the most difficult times with the staff but by 3 a.m. I was in fact sleep! I was so mad at them, the whole purpose of the visit was waisted!
