I love Penn station but this place was the most on organized place I've ever been. It was ran by what appeared to be teenagers in they couldn't even figure out how to run the cash register. I walked in there waited 10 minutes or more and they had not helped anybody because of the whole cash register thing. I was so upset I want to the competing restaurant right next-door.
