Beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Seems to have gone down some in appearance. Electricity went out.

$150 a night for a $100 a night hotel. The bed had hair from another guest on it. And it isn't anything nice what's I ever.

Was not told about renovation. Lamp plugs notcworkingvproperly. Bath tub handle hard to turnblowcwatwr pressure. Pillows unconfortable

Requested in advance a feather free room. Only the pillows were changed out. How does their housekeeping staff at Doubletrees not know that their comforters are made with down feathers. This happens to me repeatedly when I stay at Doubletrees hotels. This needs to be addressed

It was very dated. Very humid inside. Not very clean. Good cookies though
