DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cleveland Downtown - Lakeside

Convenient place to stop in the morning for Starbucks or after for a drink at the bar!

Everyone was very friendly and easy going, we will definitely stay here next time we are looking for a hotel

Sucks compared to other doubletree locations. My room was never cleaned and I had to go down every day for new towels and coffee. No one offered to get the room cleaned or offer anything for my inconvenience. And I Interacted with a Lot of staff! Very disappointed. The rooms are also incredibly small.
