This is such a nice la quinta. I've state at many others, and this one prides itself on looking appealing and having high standards. All staff was very nice and went above and beyond to assist in any way. Rooms were very clean. Only complaint would be the breakfast...the eggs were terrible, but it is free

We found a good rate for the holiday weekend and the hotel was in a great location as it was very close to the riverwalk area. I did not like paying so much for parking at the hotel or that hey allow pets to stay. The people staying around us had children and pets and the noise was less than delightful to say the least.

2 elevators broke down. no seats and chaos at breakfast-very slow to refill food at 9am cockroaches ran on bedroom crown molding long black hairs on inside door of bathroom guest scared my kids by repeatedly knocking on door and running away. lobby toilet won't flush beds not back friendly. scratchy sheets

The staff was very friendly! Easy and quick check in. Problems did not start until I got to the room. I had to kick the door open because it wouldn't open even though it unlocked. Once I was in there were 6 menus on the floor. In the first hour there were 4 more were shoved under the door. The tub had not been scrubbed and had a slow drain. The toilet was dirty. The air conditioner smelled damp and the door to the temperature control was broken. There was no extra blanket. The refrigerator did not work. My husband refused to let me complain to the front desk since he thinks it will lead to worst service. I plan on contacting the company through their website after our stay to place a complaint.
