Had a great stay

very nice rooms, fast check in, and overpriced beverages

My only complaint was the presentation of the food on the lunch buffet it was awful and the food and side dishes were not fresh the cassata cake was really good

Front counter lady acts as it is a possible to get up and go get a cookie at check in

This was the best overall hotel that we've visited in the Cleveland area. We have been traveling back and forth to Cleveland to from Georgia to handle the burial of a loved one. The general atmosphere of Cleveland is very depressing and gloomy. As a travel professional, I can honestly say that this is not a place that I want to get to know. The Doubletree was a breath of fresh air in a weary land. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable; and the location was pretty decent.

It's in a nice area

This property is a great asset to the CLEVELAND business community. The amenities are great and the location to the interstate and airport are wonderful. The rooms are very quiet and the good is wonderful. The property is up to date and extremely clean and easily found when coming off the freeway. The rooms are the cleanest I have seen in the state of OHIO. The staff is so friendly and ready to make your stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this location when planning a trip to the greater CLEVELAND area. A wonderful experience and well worth the money. Enjoy the restaurant and the cozy reception area along with the nice indoor pool. Is very close to other properties when planning a convention. I endorse HILTON DOUBLE TREE as one of CLEVELAND's best hotel experiences. Take advantage of their wonderful hospitality. Great experience for business or social travel.

Very clean comfortable quiet. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel did not meet my expectations due to the said renovation However the cleaning/Maid service was impeccable
