Problem with bathroom sink plumbing and room often seemed humid and Beth at front desk very helpful with restaurant ideas

Room was very nice. Bed was comfortably. Food that was served for breakfast was cold all three days and lunch was better but still not the best. But serving for around 175 people is hard. Overall stay was good.

Door lock didn't work and engineering instead of fixing it showed me how to work around it. Hotel seems slightly run down and shouldn't be considering the price.

I have come here a lot for the Mock Trial Competitions and usually I have a very positive stay. However I was really disappointed in the fact that all of the refrigerators were taken out of the rooms. That was very inconvenient for me and a lot of people.

There was a big pile of random hairs in the corner of the bathroom behind the door which was very disgusting! The shower head was also way too low for someone 5'10" or taller. The car parking valet service was also very disengaged - they didn't give us our car key and also did not communicate. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
