The popcorn was horrible! The theater was very dark and the lights never came up.

No one selling tickets had to buy at concession and they were SLOW. Worried that we were going to miss beginning of movie but luckily didn't

The outside window was closed, they deferred to inside to the concession stand, the line moved very slowly because they were selling snacks too. Then they finally opened a second line but the place was shoulder to shoulder people. It was already 20 minutes so we just left and skipped the movie. Looks like they were short handed and should have used the window. Poor management. It's a shame, I liked that theater. I am going to go back to Brassfield.
