Somewhat disappointed. We reserved 2 rooms for our large family traveling up from North Carolina and asked that they be next to each other. Not only were they not next to each other they were at opposite ends of the building. The first room key we were given didn't work. We had it it activated again and went in to our room only to find their was a man laying there sleeping. We were told the wrong room number. We finally got the right room and we had to get our keys activated repeatedly. The floor in our room was soaked.
