Well the previous week I had placed an item on lay away. After a very long discussion with manager of the store she convinced me to place the item on lay away, but did not inform me that if I didn't in fact ultimately purchase the item I would not be able to get my money back and if not used on something I lose the money altogether... this is very important info to know consider the commitment in binds you as far your money as a cust is concerned. I basically paid you guys 20 bucks to admire a purse I was considering for a gift for mothers day. That a heck of a price for browsing don't you think...
