At first it wasn't the greatest experience because they put the tire on my rim backwards, but they quickly made it up to me and fixed it right away.

Called ahead of time to get a quote for four new tires. When I arrived I confirmed the tire brand and price and waited while they installed them. When they were done and pull my car up front I noticed that they installed a different brand...an $85 tire versus the $120 tire I paid for! When I pointed out they tried to act like that was what I asked for and then tried to tell me it a comparable tire!! I'm a woman but I'm not a moron. I felt highly insulted. I will never go back!
