Frustrated with whoever is supposed to let you know that your car is ready. They only called my husbands cell even though I gave them my number and I was not notified my car had been ready for over an hour.

I bought new tires in December 2013 that said would last 45,000 miles. Went in today for my third tire rotation to be told that two of my four tires needed to be replaced already. I've only put less than 18,000 miles on these tires and two already need to be replaced?? They are also Michelin tires. The technician that helped me said my back tires would need to be replaced by my next rotation. So when I expressed my concern of how quickly these wore out he said let me look and see what Michelin might do for you, sicnr the tread wore out before the 45,000 mile marker. They (meaning both Discount Tire & Michelin) will only offer a pro-rate offer for the two tires. So I paid full price of $220.00 per tire and they want to credit me $132.31 per tire. By the time the other two are replaced their offer will be even less because the tires will have been on the car longer. The other issue was the tires they sold me were to big for my car. I needed 235s but they didn't have any in stock so they talked me into a wider tire, stating I wouldn't notice a difference, but maybe in gas. It would cause my gas to burn up a bit quicker. Well that was so far from the truth and I have hated these tires from day ONE!! My car had handled so poorly ever since and I've felt it's been even harder to drive as well. So when I tried to tell them back in January 2013 I wasn't happy with these tires, they insisted I needed to just get used to them. They basically wouldn't take them back, like they say they will. So today when I found out I need new tires again, I told the man I did not want the same tires back on my car, he basically said ok that's fine, but in order for you to get credit you have to buy Michelin tires. So not only did I just waste over $1,200.00 in 2013 for new tires with a warranty of 45,000 miles, the warranty basically sucks and is no good nor does Discount Tire actually do what they claim they do!! My advice, stay away from there! Especially if your a women who knows very l
