I may be the only person in the world who doesn't see the merit in paying a small fortune to stand in line 1+ hours to ride something that lasts a minute and a half. Not my idea of a fun day.

The staff really could use a customer service training they are very unprofessional! Wig standing in front of the customer arguing about who will wait on them. Also running out of supplies was an issue, wig ice.

Needs better & proper ventilation for wait areas for rides. Last section of waiting on the Batman was almost unbearable.

We were not happy at all. We had to leave early because it was so busy and we could only ride 2 rides. It was bad.

There were only two cars going, and the staff wasn't very efficient when it came to filling all of the seats. Many times there were multiple open spots and the tide time took 3 hours for one ride, and then two for another! It was the longest I've waited for a ride here in a while (other than when Goliath was new). It was disappointing only riding a few rides, due to lack of time, due to the long ride lines. The staff was ok, they weren't rude, but they also didn't smile or go out of their way to be nice to someone.
