Cinemark Movies 16

The theaters look very nice as does the rest of the building. Picture was good and so was the sound

Good prices.. Bad seats uncomfortable

The power went out during the movie. The staff hardly communicated with us & when they did it was not helpful. We had to go to them to see what the progress was. (The power was out for about 20 minutes.)

Smelled bad

Concession stand lines were son when I wanted a refill when there was about 3 other higher staff who could've opened another line. Instead they just stood there talking and laughing. I missed about 10-15 minutes of my movie.

Some staff was friendly and others didn't even looked like they wanted to be there. There was no one to take my ticket to go to the screens. I had to tear my own ticket off.

Everything was okay except the fact that they didn't have spoons for the ice cream and then they didn't have cups available for the jalapeños

Was very pleased with the price very dissatisfied with the service

Women's bathroom needed serious attention it smelled awful I would suggest a complete cleaning after every show and clean and wipe down the toilet bowls down to the floor and sanitize with Lysol
