Purchased tires last year. Came in for rotate and balance. Fast, efficient and friendly. I really enjoy dealing with Discount Tire.

We have had a few hiccups.... we purchased new tires from you guys a few months ago and came in this time due to vibrations. Discovered that they were not balanced correctly, that they did not replace the tpms units that we asked them to and that there was a bend in my wheel that was not found the first time. Frustrating

I came in to have my tires rotated and balanced. The sales associate told me it would take 2 hours because they were extremely busy. After 2 and a half hours of waiting patiently in the lobby, I checked in because I noticed they hadn't even looked at my car. The gentleman told me it would be another half hour before they could look do the rotation. I was planning on buying replacement tires later this week, but, will now be going to a different store. Thanks for wasting my entire afternoon.
