They told me a douce for a tire and then when came time to pay started to overcharge me $20.00 more ! I was furious and refused to pay that much after they quoted me a price first.

Not friendly. Everyone we spoke with talked too fast & didn't stop! They never breathed long enough to give us an opportunity to ask questions without interrupting. When we were trying to check out & finally asked what we wanted to know, the person who knew the answer was back in the garage, so we had to wait for him to come back. We felt very rushed as if the main concern was to just get our money & get rid of us! As if they were trying to pull something over on us! It was not a good experience.

Extremely dissatisfied with Travis. While waiting for my tire to be fixed on the SECOND return to the store in the same day, he tried to blame me for the mistake. Coming back in from looking at it and telling me no you told me the drivers side. When I corrected him and said no I said the passenger side he said oh I guess it's my fault then cause we fixed the other one....which had absolutely nothing wrong with it. He also was very rude to another worker while we were waiting. Will not be returning back to this store. He needs to be talked to.
