The employee was friendly and efficient however the drinks were lacking flavor today.

The servers were okay this day, although they're usually not the friendliest bunch anyways, especially at this location, seems like they all kind of hate their jobs / think they're better than everyone else since they're still in their teenage / early college years, I don't know! Never had extremely fantastic service here but overall the drinks are made quickly and service is efficient so that's all I can really expect I suppose, they don't really need to be friendly. But the drinks were okay, it's often a hit or miss. My sister enjoyed her banana Rama and I enjoyed my passion punch although it wasn't as flavorful today. Disappointed that the cup sizes went down too, but it's still the same price, what?!? We ordered the 24 oz and were (rudely) informed that they were now 20 oz.
