After waiting an extremely long time to be seated and hearing a women who worked there be rude to an older lady who worked there, we got a waiter that didn't care about us. He didn't refill our drinks without us asking, I barely got any fries, and he was rude. Not impressed.

Had to wait over 30 mins to be seated,then waited 35 mins for food and asked if it was ready yet and then it was cold ,in Seiverville Tennessee, very disappointed !!

Drive Thru was so slow. It took over 12 minutes to get from ordering to receiving my order, and it was basically shoved at me and I was sent on my way. There was no time to ask for additional (or any) condiments, and I wasn't even given the condiments I had ordered in the first place.

Too busy. Awful setup of parking and drive thru

We stopped steak and shake for our kids. It took forever to place the order at the drive thru. Once we reached the window we had to wait for our orders. The cashier was friendly. She gave us free sodas since it took so long.

Waited close to an hour for our food, which came out burnt and unappealing. The waitress was sweet and apologetic, and the manager Matt was very nice and did not charge us for our meals. We will try back again.
