Cinemark Tinseltown USA

The lines were long, there was only one person working the window, it was raining so we were all getting wet. The concession line were long and out of control, there was only one candy kiosk open and instead of my server asking me what I wanted and walking over to get it, he basically said I had to go to another line after waiting in that one for about 5 minutes. The theater was freezing cold so I didn't enjoy the movie as much.

Picture and sound quality are good

The lines at the concession stand needs to move more quickly.

Prepurchased tickets but the machine was broken. Inconvenient

The cashier was friendly and we only waited for one person in front of us. At the concession stand we Stood in line for over twenty minutes. There are side concessions but they were not in use to make the lines shorter. The movie quality was good and ran on time.

went to 3d showing of minions with the kids. kinda noisy but to be expected opening weekend of kiddie show. highly satisfied with experience.
