Cinemark Tinseltown USA

The customer service is very poor since most of the people that work there are teenagers. They have no manners, are not even slightly courteous and the concession stand area is pretty dirty.. The floors by the concession area have popcorn, napkins, and straw covers all over. The theaters are dirty and smelly. The theater location is convenient because I live within two miles from there but I will honestly drive 7 miles to go to a different theater than to go back to Tinseltown

Great show but movie theater was not cleaned between shows

It was clean

Slow concession stand pickles were nasty and pricey

It was clean and comfortable the video and audio was excellent.

unfortunately this theatre is being renovated, smells, caution tape and construction workers everywhere. Might have considered half price or other incentives. Normally a great theatre.

I couldn't us my coupons

The concession stands are very dirty, they have napkins and straw wrappers all over the floor, as well as spilled popcorn. The carpet is dirty and it smells bad. Definitely not going back.

Movie goers ruined the experience. Kicking the chairs not sitting down. It wasn't the fault of the theater
