Steak 'n Shake

The bacon in my sandwich was chew-y.

Good. Filling.

It was good

I was the only car in the drive-thru and order breakfast items, it took over 15 mins for my order with no contact with a salesperson while I was waiting.

The shake was good.

We usually have a positive experience when we visit Steak N' Shake, but that was not the case this time. The service was terrible. We were without drinks for a very long time. The waitress was unapologetic. We're hoping this was just a fluke, because it is normally a good experience.

It took wayyyyyyy too long to receive my food. Ridiculous.

We ended up leaving before getting our food. We waited 10 mins once our order was placed. After not moving at all we left.

They gave us the wrong breakfast item.

The drive through was closed.
